This month David Allen will entertain us with a seasonal story of Dickens’ amazing life, including how the novella, 'A Christmas Carol', inspired aspects of the Victorian Christmas that have continued to this day, including: family gatherings, seasonal food and drink, dancing, games and a festive generosity of spirit.
With dramatic readings from the great man's work.
We will also have time for refreshments and a BIG Christmas raffle !
