So, in February I stated that I would be making Easter biscuits of one sort or another during the month of March.
I can confirm that I have made the Waitrose recipe Easter Bunny biscuits a couple of times now and they have come out pretty well. The recipe is very easy and the results are quite impressive, they taste really good and make great gifts. I gave some to friends, one of which has already asked me for the recipe.
There's still time to make some biscuits for Easter, they make lovely presents. Go on, give them a try.

In April we see both St George's Day (23rd April) and Anzac Day (25th April). Again I have two recipes that I am looking at; an Anzac biscuit recipe from the South Australian Country Women's Association and St George's Day Cupcakes from the NFWI website.
